Stop What You Are Doing and Check THIS Site Out. WOW!
Well, you know I am pretty passionate about you "Telling YOUR Story". I believe that everyone has something that they have gone through in life that can help someone else. I believe we don't need to keep our "stories" hidden. Even when they seem pretty crazy, embarrassing, or whatever...their is power in your story...or "testimony"....AND when you see something you have gone through that is kind of "hard", HELP someone else, well, it makes what you went through seem a little easier...or maybe not easier, but you see something good come from it.
Well, some of my favorite messages from church is when Pastor Chris has people "Tell Their Story". People can relate...the message just hits home...someone else has been in their shoes....or, hey, I can make it through this if they have made it through this....
So where am I going with this??? Well, my amazing hubby Jer told me he found this site that I HAD to check out. He knew that I was going to freak out. And OH BOY did I. I mean, this could possibly be the COOLEST thing I've ever seen. Maybe it's just my passion for your story being told. But it made me want to go straight to video editing school and go buy a big comfy chair like shown in the picture and travel the world having people tell their stories....

The first one is from Jason Castro from American Idol, I knew I liked that guy for a reason, and if there are any single gals out there, shoot, I would be tracking this guy down. (Love you Jer, I'm simply suggesting this for single girls out there). I will say that I just let Alyssa and Alayna watch this video and Alyssa asked where he lived and how old would he be when she's 24, ahhhh, we will chat about that when she's 30.
I can't say that I have ever been to a Korn concert, but man, check out this..I think this is one of my favorites...okay, I can't pick a favorite, but this is a good one.
and the last one I will post, because trust me, I can just list them all, is Stephen Baldwin...
One thing that stood out to me in Brian's story and Stephen's story, is how the Lord used people in their lives...Brian's realestate broker (i think is what he said), and Stephen's cleaning lady....HELLO, you don't have to be "working for your church" to make a difference, and how about the "intimidation factor", I mean, what if they would not have had the nerve to say what they said...hmmm, very inspiring to be quick to listen to what the Lord is telling you to say and do.
Alright, I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do. This is just GENUIS. AMAZING. I LOVE it. WOW. (you get the point that I like it...right)?
Okay, I must go clean the house, Jer requested that I do laundry. Ha. Whatever.
Enjoy your Tuesday. I'm off work today...switched days this week....last night was a messy one (sorry, I know that's gross when you think of the type of nurse I am. I mean like, you must just come home and take a shower...Oh, and on the "job" note, Jer asked that I quit using the word "Vag" out in public places, like church and such, when I asked what he meant, he said, well, sometimes you say, we had 3 sections and 4 vag deliveries, or my new admit was a vag, hmmm, never really thought that, it's true, kind of weird just saying that word vag around people who aren't use to hearing it all the time. So, man, I'm sorry if my using the word VAG has offended anyone, it's just like me saying foot, or toe, or hand, or...okay you get the point...I will try to work on that. Oh, and sorry Jer for posting this...I know you are going to say, "Monique, I can't believe you posted that"...so, sorry in advance. Wow, that was a TOTAL sidenote and has NOTHING to do with this post.

OMG!! I just about fell out of my chair laughing about the whole"vag" thing...
I am reading your blog at work(shhh...don't tell anybody :), and I just had to share that part of your post with my fellow post-partum coworkers. We are also guilty of using that term at inappropriate times, lol. It just doesn't mean the same thing to us, does it?? Hahaha...too funny!!
